Meta Estate Trust names new CEO

Romanian property holding Meta Estate Trust has appointed Dan Petrișor as its new CEO, effective January 2026, following a Board of Directors decision from October 31st.

Petrișor brings experience in real estate investments and capital markets from his roles at Kempen Capital Management, MAS, and One United Properties. His background includes managing large-scale investments, attracting capital, and leading management teams both internationally and locally.

"The Board of Directors sought a leader with multidisciplinary qualifications and strong experience in both the real estate and capital markets, someone who understands investors' needs and ensures the smooth implementation of our projects," said Laurențiu Mihai Dinu, Chairman of the Board of Directors. "The appointment of Dan Petrișor opens a new chapter for Meta Estate Trust, in which we aim to accelerate development, seize market opportunities, and remain on a sustainable growth trajectory."

Until January 2026, Bogdan Gramanschi will continue as interim CEO. Meta Estate Trust is listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the symbol MET.
