The investment in developing the third building was €27.3 million, half of which was secured through financing with Garanti BBVA. The total budget allocated to the entire complex amounts to €160 million, with the project planned to feature over 800 apartments. The building includes 128 apartments, ranging from 54 to 121.6 sqm, and 173 parking spaces.
"The Ivy has evolved into a mature development that fully meets the modern living requirements of a well-established community," says Mădălina Arsene, Sales Manager at Speedwell Development. The proximity to the future Tokio subway station, part of the M6 line scheduled to open in 2028, will facilitate quick access to central areas of the city, reducing daily commuting time for residents.
Last September, Speedwell began work on the fourth building, which will deliver 64 residential units. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, with apartments scheduled for handover in Q2 2027.
