Ten Eleven Development kicks off Bucharest's first Versace Ceramics branded residence

Business Forum
Ten Eleven Development has commenced construction of The Edition 1011 Featured by Versace Ceramics, Romania's first branded residences project developed in collaboration with Versace Ceramics. The development will include an investment of approximately €130 million.

The project will comprise 419 residences on a 13,500 sqm plot located between Șoseaua Fabrica de Glucoză and Bulevardul Dimitrie Pompeiu in Bucharest's business district. Construction began in February, with RCTI Company from the Impact group serving as general contractor. Delivery is scheduled for 31 December 2028.

The development integrates Versace Ceramics materials throughout the residence interiors and concierge-served lobby. Additional materials come from international partners including Gessi for sanitary fittings, Weitzer Parkett for flooring, and Mirage for the ventilated ceramic façade.

"We are not building just another Bucharest address. Square metres are universal. Signature is not," said Constantin Iacov, CEO and Founder of Ten Eleven Development.

The project will offer four residence types from Studio Edition to Signature Edition, developed to nZEB standards and currently undergoing BREEAM certification. Residents will have access to five-star concierge services, a private club with semi-Olympic indoor pool, and SPA facilities.
