GTC's Premium Point and Premium Plaza office buildings in Bucharest have achieved LEED v4.1 Existing Buildings certification at Platinum level.
GTC reported rental revenues of €152 million in the first nine months of 2025, up 9% from €139 million in the same period of 2024. The increase followed the acquisition of a residential portfolio in Germany, which contributed €18 million, partially offset by a €4 million decrease after the sale of the GTC X and Matrix C properties.
The South Tower of City Gate in Bucharest, developed and managed by GTC, has been awarded the LEED Gold v5 certificate. This is the latest version of the world's green building standard, outlining steps towards near-zero carbon emissions, prioritizing people, and supporting building resilience. City Gate is the first property in Romania and only the fourth existing building in Europe to achieve this recognition, following projects in Italy, Spain, and Sweden.
