Business Forum
Romanian communication consultancy Graffiti Plus (GRF+) is opening its private placement round on January 22, targeting retail investors ahead of its planned listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange's AeRO market in H1 2026.

The agency aims to raise approximately €500,000 through the offer of newly issued shares. The minimum investment is around €2,700, with investors receiving a 20% discount for subscriptions made within the first three days of the round, which runs until February 4.

"This is the only pre-listing offer currently available on the Romanian capital market for early entry into the GRF+ shareholding structure," stated Bogdan Tomoiagă, Chairman of the GRF+ Board of Directors. The company plans to use the funds to finance growth in three key areas: pharma & healthcare, sports & sponsorship, and data-driven influencer marketing, while integrating AI technology into work processes.

GRF+ has operated for over 25 years and doubled its turnover from €5.23 million in 2020 to an estimated €12 million by end-2025. The company has built an ecosystem of affiliated agencies including Mocapp (influencer marketing), New Moon (digital), Kamrad (events), Syzygy (corporate & investor relations), and MatchPlan (sports & sponsorship).

GRF+ employs over 70 consultants and its portfolio includes BCR, Carrefour, Coca-Cola HBC, Orange Romania, OMV Petrom, Samsung, and Warner Bros. Discovery.
