Homing Properties to invest €35 million in villas near Bucharest

Residential developer Homing Properties will invest €35 million in a new complex comprising 140 luxury villas, in Pipera, near Bucharest. 

The company has obtained the construction permit and will kick off the first development phase in Q4 2025. 

“We aim to provide our clients with modern, spacious homes equipped with complete facilities, all strategically located, near international schools,” says Tomás Manjón, Co-Founder of Homing Properties. 

Spanning 65,000 sqm, the project will feature villas with 3 to 6 bedrooms, each with a private garden and the option for a pool. The facilities mix for residents will include a multisport field, green spaces, children's playgrounds, a fitness centre, and an event hall. 

Homing Properties delivered two residential projects to date on the Bucharest market. The company is also present on the Spanish market.
