Solida Capital enhances Victoria Center with workcloud24 platform

Business Forum
Bucharest-based office project Victoria Center has integrated workcloud24's intelligent building optimization platform, as part of Solida Capital's strategy to enhance its portfolio.

The workcloud24 platform collects and analyses data from building systems to optimise energy usage and provide actionable insights, supporting gradual ESG alignment.

Fabio Melis, Director at Solida Capital, said: "workcloud24 gives us a valuable digital tool to understand the building's performance better and make informed decisions step by step."

This flexible approach is particularly beneficial for owners of existing buildings who aim to improve sustainability and operational performance gradually, enabling significant enhancements even before major renovations.

Hubert Abt, CEO at workcloud24, added: ”The onboarding of Victoria Center underscores how digital solutions are now essential tools in the transformation of real estate portfolios across Europe."

Solida Capital has been expanding its presence in CEE and entered the Romanian market in 2025 with the purchase of Victoria Center.
