Ayvens completes integration of Romanian businesses

Ayvens has completed the integration of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan in Romania, following the global acquisition of LeasePlan by ALD Automotive and the subsequent launch of the Ayvens mobility brand in Romania last autumn.

Key aspects of the merger included the crucial integration of the teams and the alignment of existing IT systems and workflows, as well as the appointment of a new management team.

Shane Dowling, Country Managing Director of Ayvens in Romania, said: "The acquisition of LeasePlan was a unique opportunity and marked an intense journey of transformation."

The Ayvens network now covers the entire territory of Romania, serving a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from multinational corporations to SMEs and entrepreneurial companies.
