Bellemonde expands resi project near Bucharest

Business Forum
Romanian developer Bellemonde is set to expand its residential project in Pipera, near Bucharest, will take the total investment to around €70 million.

The developer will add 80 new homes to the 164 already under construction.

The expansion will introduce a variety of housing options, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhouses, all built to the project's high architectural and urban planning standards.

In addition, a new 1,620 sqm leisure area will be added, featuring a multi-purpose sports field, green relaxation zones, and a new outdoor swimming pool, enhancing the living experience for residents.

Victor Terheș, Sales Director at Bellemonde, said: "The expansion of Bellemonde is a natural progression for a project that has already proven its success in the premium residential market. We have seen increasing demand for gated communities offering exclusive amenities due to their social and security benefits. This new phase allows us to meet that demand with an even more diverse offering."

Construction for the new phase is scheduled to begin this autumn, with an estimated completion time of 18 months. This development will run alongside the completion of phase one, ensuring minimal disruption for current residents.

Furthermore, the project is introducing a 'ready to move-in' interior design solution through a collaboration with architect Victor Grosu and Hype Project.

Bellemonde was launched in June 2024, with construction of the initial 164 units starting in September of the same year, following a total investment of over €40 million. The first phase spans 41,000 sqm, with a scheduled completion timeline of 24 months from the start of construction.
