Tchibo Brands Romania relocates to Business Garden Bucharest

Business Forum
Tchibo Brands Romania is moving its headquarters to Vastint's Business Garden Bucharest, occupying 1,130 sqm on the 4th floor of Building A.

Tchibo has been a significant player in the Romanian coffee market since its entry in 1997. The company's portfolio boasts a variety of well-known brands, including Tchibo Exclusive, Tchibo Privat Kaffee, Davidoff Café, and the Tchibo Cafissimo system.

Marian Ene, General Manager of Tchibo Brands Romania & Bulgaria, stated, "This office project fully complies with ESG criteria, reflecting our values. The new headquarters offers us the opportunity to expand our team and continue to deliver coffee experiences at the highest level to our consumers, in which tradition and joy are harmoniously intertwined."

"Among the elements that contribute to the attractiveness of our projects is the extensive range of activities, services and facilities dedicated to employees - from sports fields and recurring internal events, to an in-house radio station and an interesting mix of retailers", said Sorin Macoveiu, Commercial Director of Vastint Romania.

Vastint's office portfolio will expand with the upcoming Timpuri Noi Square 2 project, set for completion in Q4 2026. This development, currently one of the few office projects under construction in Bucharest, will add 105,000 sqm and introduce two new office buildings.
