Prima Development Group delivers resi complex in Bucharest

Prima Development Group has announced the completion of a residential complex in northern Bucharest totaling 482 units.

The project features a mix of two, three, and four-room apartments, studios, and penthouses. The developer said that over 90% of the residential units in phase one were sold as well as 80% of the second phase.

"This early delivery is the result of efficient organisation, but especially of the integrated model we employ," said Adrian Stoichină, Co-CEO of PRIMA Development Group.

The project features 80 parking spaces equipped with fast-charge stations for electric vehicles as well as two private gardens.

The group has several ongoing developments in Bucharest, with investments totaling over €200 million.
