Prima Development Group delivers resi complex in Bucharest

Prima Development Group has announced the completion of a residential complex in northern Bucharest totaling 482 units.

The project features a mix of two, three, and four-room apartments, studios, and penthouses. The developer said that over 90% of the residential units in phase one were sold as well as 80% of the second phase.

"This early delivery is the result of efficient organisation, but especially of the integrated model we employ," said Adrian Stoichină, Co-CEO of PRIMA Development Group.

The project features 80 parking spaces equipped with fast-charge stations for electric vehicles as well as two private gardens.

The group has several ongoing developments in Bucharest, with investments totaling over €200 million.

Romanian housing supply hits eight-year low in 2025

New housing deliveries and transaction numbers fell by approximately 5% in 2025 compared to the previous year, according to Colliers' annual report. While deliveries dropped to their lowest level since 2017, sales volumes remained around 20% above the pre-pandemic average.

Prima Development starts phase two of resi project in Bucharest

Romanian developer Prima Development Group has started construction on phase two of the Prima Astera residential complex, the first high-end project in western Bucharest built to nZeb standards.
