Hubix and Fimaro Development to develop 600 residential units in Cluj-Napoca

Hubix has announced a strategic partnership with Fimaro Development for the development of 600 residential units in Cluj-Napoca, near the Tetarom I business park.

The first phase of the project will include 172 apartments and 178 parking spaces, representing a total investment of €19 million. 

Daniel Tudor, CIO of Hubix, said: "Cluj-Napoca is one of Romania's economic engines and needs responsible residential projects that contribute to the quality of urban life."

Fimaro Development has been actively involved in residential and industrial projects, successfully delivering hundreds of apartments to the local market to date.
