Apex Alliance appoints new GM for The Marmorosch Bucharest hotel

Apex Alliance Hotel Management has appointed Tadas Ėvaltas as the new GM of The Marmorosch Bucharest, Autograph Collection.

He takes over from Aušra Lučinskaitė, who served a four-year tenure and is moving on to a luxury hotel in Budapest. 

Previously, Ėvaltas has spent over six years at the Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius, where he was instrumental in establishing the hotel as a market leader in financial performance and guest experience. 

The Marmorosch Bucharest, which opened in 2021 following a €42 million investment, reached revenues of €16.3 million in 2024.

Vytautas Drumelis, Partner at Apex Alliance, said: "We are confident that under his leadership, The Marmorosch will further strengthen its reputation as one of the finest luxury hotels in the region."

Apex Alliance currently manages 17 hotels across six European countries under well-known international brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Radisson.

The company's Romanian portfolio includes The Marmorosch Bucharest, Hilton Garden Inn Old Town, Courtyard Floreasca, Moxy Old Town, Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Airport, and Europa Royale. 

Apex Alliance is set to further expand in Romania with the opening of a new Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Brașov.
