America House Bucharest maintains Breeam Outstanding rating

America House, the office building located at Victoriei Square in Bucharest's CBD, has reconfirmed its Breeam International In-Use Outstanding rating, maintaining its position among the top sustainable office buildings in Romania.

The reconfirmation highlights the building's environmental performance, occupant comfort and long-term resilience. Breeam In-Use is a leading sustainability certification scheme for existing buildings, assessing performance across energy, water, materials, waste, ecology, pollution and management practices.

The assessment was conducted by BuildGreen and certified by BRE Global.

"Reconfirming the Breeam Outstanding rating is a validation of our long-term sustainability strategy and our efforts to operate America House at the highest environmental and management standards," said David Hay, Founder & CEO of Add Value Management.

The recertification covers the entire building, with a total assessed floor area of 33,334 sqm. America House achieved Outstanding ratings for both Asset Performance and Management Performance, demonstrating excellence in technical building performance and operational management.
