The contract was awarded through an open tender procedure to Enevo Group and has a value of €30.2 million, covering the design, procurement of equipment, execution of works and commissioning of the plant.
The plant will include 70,676 photovoltaic panels, each with a nominal capacity of 650 Wp, connected through 184 three-phase inverters to 9 collector transformer stations. The installed capacity is 45.94 MWp, while the estimated annual electricity production amounts to 59.21 GWh/year.
The total duration of the contract is 36 months, of which 24 months represent the actual execution period. The procurement procedure was carried out entirely electronically through the SEAP platform, with the award criterion being the best value for money, consisting of an 80% weighting for the financial component and a 20% weighting for the extended technical warranty period.
Hidroelectrica is the largest renewable energy producer in Romania, operating a portfolio of 188 hydropower plants and one wind power plant, with a total installed capacity of 6.5 GW, including the Crucea Wind Farm with an installed capacity of 108 MW.
