Skanska's Equilibrium 2 achieves WiredScore Platinum certification

Business Forum
Skanska's Equilibrium 2 office project, located in northern Bucharest, has achieved WiredScore Platinum certification.

This follows its initial WiredScore Platinum certification during the development phase, making it the first project in Romania to hold both distinctions.

The certification for occupied buildings evaluates real-time digital connectivity, assessing internet quality, infrastructure resilience, maintenance, and tenant experience.

"We continue to invest in smart infrastructure because connectivity is essential for how people and companies work, collaborate, and grow,” stated Bogdan Cristian Voicu, Project Manager, Commercial Development Division, Skanska CEE.

The benefits of this certification include enhanced tenant retention and satisfaction through reliable connectivity, valuable operational insights, and alignment with ESG goals by promoting smart infrastructure.

The new score complements the building's existing LEED Platinum and Access4You Silver certifications.
