Neurony targets €6 million in revenue from AI-based recruitment services in 2026

Business Forum
Recrutopia, a Romanian AI-powered recruitment service, has been launched by Neurony, a Romanian software company, with plans to increase revenues to €6 million this year versus last year's €2.5 million.

The majority of Recrutopia's revenue currently comes from outsourcing projects.

"Recrutopia was created because we noticed a major disconnect between companies and candidates. There are valuable candidates who simply aren't identified by traditional methods," says Emil Muthu, Founder and CEO of Neurony. "Through Recrutopia, companies can solve an important business problem because they can quickly reach the people they've been looking for, perhaps for months or even years."

Its clients have included large companies and tech startups in the US, including an S&P 500-listed company, and the Middle East. In Romania, Recrutopia has worked with companies in both white-collar and blue-collar sectors. The company recruited up to 30 people in a specialised segment that utilised multiple technologies and 80 people in the gaming industry.
