Zacaria kicks off retail project in Cisnădie

Business Forum
Zacaria Group, specialized in the development of residential and industrial projects, has started the construction of its first retail project in Cisnădie.

The new Zacaria Retail Park will have a leasable area of 8,600 sqm and will be the first project of this kind in the city. The development will also include green spaces spanning around 2,500 sqm.

"It is an increasingly common phenomenon for the localities around large cities to develop more and more, and this is happening both in Sibiu and in many other county seat cities. It is well-known that Cisnădie and Șelimbăr, for example, attract more and more residents who prefer to move from Sibiu to the surrounding areas," says Marius Moga, Zacaria's Sales and Marketing Director.

The retail project is slated for delivery in Q3 2025. The construction is managed by Conlan and the leasing is carried out by CBRE Romania.
