WDP to expand logistics project near Bucharest

WDP is investing €52 million in the expansion of its WDP Park Bucharest-Dragomirești project. 

The expansion will include a new logistics facility spanning around 62,000 sqm of leasable space, alongside an additional ambient storage unit spanning 11,000 sqm.

The park is located near the Bucharest ring road and with convenient access to the A1 and A2 motorways, which streamlines logistics operations.

The new development is expected to be completed by early 2026, further consolidating WDP Park Bucharest-Dragomirești as a key logistics centre in Romania.

WDP's portfolio in Romania has a leasable area of over 2 million sqm across Bucharest and regional cities.
